• Pay admission fee and print the admission fee payment acknowledgement slip.
• Kindly bring the admission fee payment acknowledgement slip and a duplicate copy of the Birth Certificate at the time of filling of the admission form.
• Both the parents are requested to be present at the time of filling in of the Admission Form.Prior information is required if both parents are not present.

Procedure to fill the form

• Click 'eform to fill the Admission form'.
• Click 'Proceed with Online Admission'.
• Fill in all the Particulars.
• Click 'Next'.
• Upload the Photograph.
• Click 'Proceed to Submit offline'.
• Take the Print out of 'Student Details' for further use.
• Press 'Home' button.
• Fill the 'User Name' & 'Password' already sent to your registered.
• Read the instructions.
• Click 'Print' and take the print out of the Admission form.
