Description: The annual prize distribution ceremony was held on the 20th March, 2013 in the open hall. The programme started with the lighting of the lamp and solemn Thanks-giving Assembly conducted by the students of Class VII. The Principal, Sr.Marion Vase also took this opportunity to thank all the students and staff for their sincere and dedicated efforts in various fields.
Prizes and certificates for All Round Excellence, Creative Writing in English and Hindi, and Application were given to deserving students from Classes VI to XI. Besides these regular prizes, some special prizes were awarded under different categories.
A Special Prize for Economics has been initiated by Mrs.K.Kaur in honour of Mr.J.Singh,Mrs.J.Kaur & Mrs.G.Kaur, her father, mother and mother-in-law respectively. This Prize is given to the deserving students of Class XI who take keen interest in the subject and deserve the Prize.
This year, Mr.J.SINGH Award went to Paulomi Mukherjee of Class XI Arts, MRS.J.KAUR Award went to Monalisa Bara of Class XI Commerce and MRS.G.KAUR Award went to Auswin Khushboo Tete of Class XI Science.
RITA SHAH Award for securing the highest marks in History in Class IX went to Divya Sanjay of IX-A, Simran Bhatia of IX-B and Ananya SHreya of IX-C
MRS.MANJU SINGH MEMORIAL Award was given to Sneha Violet Kindo of VIII-B and REECHA Award went to Nirmala Prabha Surin of IX-A
A prize instituted by THE STUDENTS OF 1987 BATCH was given to Sarita Madeshia, a deserving student from Class VIII-B
The efforts of all the Prize winners were appreciated by a huge round of applause.
