Our school  organized an interactive Fireless Cooking Demonstration for the Home Science and vocational course-cooking students. The session was conducted by guest experts Mrs. Rekha Maheswari and Mrs. Ankita Maheshwari, owners of Rekha’s Bakery.

The experts showcased a variety of quick, healthy, and fireless recipes including cucumber boats, chocolate Swiss rolls, Russian salad, and aloo kabuli bites. Students were thrilled to witness how simple ingredients could be turned into delicious and nutritious dishes—without the use of fire.

The demonstration not only sparked creativity in food preparation but also inspired students to consider cooking as a career option and a step towards financial independence.
